Umcka Cold+Flu Chewables

Nature's Way builds the Umcka line around Pelargonium sidoides, prepared homeopathically. This is the berry flavored chewable tablet, 20 tablets to a box in blister packs.

Active ingredients: Pelargonium sidoides 1X, Aconitum napellus 4X, Bryonia 4X, Eucalyptus globulus 2X, Eupatorium perfoliatum 6X, Gelsemium sempervirens 4X, Ipecacuanha 3X, Phosphorus 6X.

Uses: shortens duration and reduces severity of symptoms of the common cold and throat, nasal and bronchial irritation. Temporarily relieves symptoms of flu: chills/fever, stuffy nose, cough, headache, hoarseness, minor aches and pains, sneezing/runny nose and sore throat.

Directions: chew or dissolve tablets in the mouth. Do not swallow whole. For best results use at the first sign of symptoms and continue for 48 hours after symptoms stop. Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 chewable tablet 3 times daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 chewable tablet 2 times daily. Children under 6 years: consult a physician.

Warnings: Sore throat warning: severe or persistent sore throat lasting more than 2 days, accompanied or followed by high fever, headache, nausea, vomiting or rash, may be serious. Consult a physician promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema, or a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm. Stop use and ask a doctor if new symptoms occur, if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 7 days, if fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days, or if cough lasts more than 7 days, occurs with rash or is accompanied by persistent headache. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
