Return and Refund Policy

Our promise
If something isn't right with your order, we want to fix it. Call us at (817) 232-4372 or email info@sunshineherbs.com and we'll sort it out.

Unopened items: 30 days
You can return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact, within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund of the item price.

Opened items
For your safety and the safety of other customers, we can't accept returns of supplements, foods, personal care products or other items once they've been opened or the seal has been broken. We don't resell opened products, and we can't verify how they were stored.

When we'll always make it right
Regardless of whether the item has been opened, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, if:

  • we sent the wrong item
  • the item arrived damaged or defective
  • the item arrived expired or past its best-by date

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo if you can.

Final sale items
The following can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • items marked as clearance or final sale
  • gift cards

How to return an online order

  • In store: Bring the item and your order number to our store at 1205 N Saginaw Blvd, Suite H, Saginaw, TX 76179. This is the fastest way to get your refund.
  • By mail: Contact us first so we can confirm the return. Then ship the item back to the store address above. Return shipping is paid by you unless the return is because of our mistake, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is because of our error.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different product, the quickest route is to return the original and place a new order, or visit us in store and we'll swap it on the spot.
