Sugar Free Black Currant Maximum Strength Lozenges

A sugar free lozenge made in England by G. R. Lane Health Products and imported by Penn Herb of Philadelphia. Black currant flavored, 24 lozenges to a box.

Active ingredients: Menthol 10 mg per lozenge. Purpose: cough suppressant (antitussive) and oral anesthetic.

Uses: temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation as may occur with the common cold or inhaled irritants; temporarily relieves occasional minor irritation or sore throat.

Directions: adults and children 3 years and over: allow 1 lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Repeat every hour as needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 3 years: ask a doctor.

Warnings: Sore throat warning: if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, or is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. These may be serious. Ask a doctor before use if you have a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema, or a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache, or if mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
