RX High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Greek extra virgin olive oil in a 375 milliliter bottle, sold as a high phenolic oil. The producer states it carries over ten times the phenolic content, oleocanthal in particular, of most extra virgin olive oils, and describes the taste as rich olive fruitiness with pronounced bitterness and a strong peppery finish. Oleocanthal is the compound behind that peppery catch at the back of the throat.
