Licorice Root

Licorice root has been a staple of herbal traditions for a very long time, and it is valued here for its energizing quality and for the support it offers during times of occasional stress. It helps the body as a whole stay in balance and promotes a general sense of well-being. One of the classic herbs of Western and Chinese herbalism, and a familiar name to anyone who spends time around herbal formulas.
