Histaminum hydrochloricum at a 30C dilution, which Boiron also labels as Histaminum 30C. Each tube holds approximately 80 pellets that dissolve under the tongue.

Uses: temporarily relieves symptoms of hay fever and itching from hives provides temporary relief of allergic reactions caused by: pollen ragweed mold dust mites pet dander

Directions: Adults and children: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.

Warnings: Severe Allergy Warning: Get emergency help immediately if you have hives along with any of the following symptoms: trouble swallowing dizziness or loss of consciousness swelling of tongue swelling in or around mouth trouble speaking drooling wheezing or problems breathing.
Do not use to prevent hives.
Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
